Join our friends at iNaturalist and the Unitarian Universalist Congregation at Shelter Rock for a nature-filled romp through the woods! We will be throwing in our hat for this year’s iNaturalist City Nature Challenge, a nationwide event that focuses on documenting our local biodiversity (with some friendly city-to-city competition).

We will be meeting at the Veatch Parking Lot of the UUCSR (48 Shelter Rock Road, Manhasset). Bring your curiosity, long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, some water, and of course, your phone with the iNaturalist app on it! Guiding this event will be iNaturalist Ambassador Dylan Roca and Agnes P. Cwalina, the Land Management Ecologist for UUCSR.
