Speaker Bio
Sarah F. Jayne is an accomplished author and environmental advocate with a longstanding commitment to wildlife habitat restoration. She has worked with plants and wildlife for more than four decades, from California to the East Coast, where she now resides.
Inspired by Doug Tallamy’s Bringing Nature Home, she shifted her focus to ecological landscaping, creating gardens that actively support wildlife. Her book, Nature’s Action Guide: How to Support Biodiversity and Your Local Ecosystem, reflects her dedication to advancing biodiversity and empowering communities to care for the natural world.
Jayne holds a degree in agriculture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and has owned and operated an organic market farm and nursery.
