ReWild / East Hampton Compost with the Town of East Hampton

ReWild EcoTable at the Springs Farmers Market provides education and resources to our community about ways we can take positive action to reduce our contribution to climate change through topics that will include the East Hampton Compost Pilot, pollinator protection, native plants and recycling.

  • Kick off and run East Hampton Compost, the food scrap to compost pilot with the Town of East Hampton. Our primary location will be at the ReWild EcoTable at the Springs Farmers Market, where we'll promote the pilot and educate community members on the importance of composting, sign up households, collect and weigh food scraps, and collect data that will be used to help the pilot scale in future phases.. Participants may also contribute to the on-going social media campaign and website, etc.
